Our air freight rates start from $8 per kilogram and may vary depending on consultation. If the volume weight is charged due to dimensions, we will apply charges based on the volume weight instead.

We accept debit/credit cards, checks, and Venmo as payment methods. Non-business/first-time customers are required to make payment upon delivery.

Typically, it takes 1 to 2 business days from departure to arrival. We provide notifications regarding the shipment's arrival and its estimated delivery date/time.

To safely import/export such items, please consult with us prior to shipping. We can provide guidance and ensure compliance with the necessary requirements.

We can revise the delivery location as long as the driver has not departed for delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

If you are not available to receive the delivery at the specified location, we will contact you using the provided contact information. After communicating with you, we will make arrangements for the delivery accordingly.
